TMS Technology LLC Acquired by Tescom
TMS Technology’s contract manufacturing business will become part of the TesCom family of solutions and services:

- Contract manufacturing with SMT, thru-hole, mixed technology, RoHS, leaded, prototyping, focused on quick turn and high mix production.

- Component level repair services, rework, and system repair with a focus on electronic test equipment.

- ISO 17025 Accredited calibration services.
Upon completion of the acquisition Tescom will continue providing all contract manufacturing services that TMS has provided over the years, as well as introducing Tescom’s suite of additional services including component level repairs, rework and ISO accredited calibration.
According to Tescom CEO David Collmann, “We are pleased to announce this business transition as TesCom continues a strategy of growing organically as well as through acquisitions of quality products and services.
